SALES ASSOCIATE LICENSING
This required Sales Associates course consists of a 63-hour program of Florida Real Estate law, Real Estate principles and practices, and Real Estate mathematics. Successful completion of this program qualifies you to take the State exam. Learn and study online at your own convenience.
BECOME A BROKER
This required Brokers course consists of a 72-hour program of Florida Real Estate law, Real Estate principles and practices, and Real Estate mathematics. Successful completion of this program qualifies you to take the State exam. Learn and study online at your own convenience.
EXPAND YOUR CAREER
This course is a popular, interactive approach to the 14-hour CE course, offering timely and critical information to licensees in short, lively units, with interspersed progress quiz questions. The "Forms-to-Go" section makes important forms readily available to licensees. Continue your knowledge.
